WIX vs WordPress

WIX

WIX is an all-in-one website builder that’s perfect for beginners and non-coders.

We use Wix to build visually beautiful website quickly. WIx offers built-in security including SSL certificates and a rich set of features. Furthermore, there is no need to find hosting, install plugins, run updates, and more.

Because Wix is a What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get (WYSIWYG) website builder, your team will quickly learn the skills it takes to update the site over time.

WordPress

WordPress is an open-source web development platform. We use DIVI, a website builder from Elegant Themes, to build websites on WordPress without any custom HTLM. Because WordPress is a self-hosted platform it requires more technical skill and effort to set up – including buying and configuring hosting, installing WordPress and DIVI, installing SSL certificates and more. Once your site life, you will also need to manage plugins and updates. DIVI does, however, make it possible for a non-technical person to build and manage a website. This means that your team will, with some training, be able to manage and update the site.
